Itinerary: Hanoi – Cao Bang – Bao Lac – Me Pja Pass – Angel Eye Mountain – Pac Bo – Phong Nam valley – Ban Gioc Waterfalls – Vinh Quy Hills – Cao Bang City – Hanoi
Night 01: Hanoi – Cao Bang (overnight on the sleeper bus)
20h00: Pick-up by minivan from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to the bus station.
20h30 – 21h00: The sleeper bus departs from the bus station to Cao Bang City.
5h00: Arrive in Cao Bang City, and sleep in our hostel for a few hours before starting the journey.
Day 01: Cao Bang- Nguyen Binh Bamboo Forest- Bao Lac (B, L, D)
07h30: Check out of the hotel, and have breakfast in Cao Bang City.
08h00: Rise and shine! It time to have the day most important meal and depart for Bao Lac. The scenic route will take you to:
✔ Cao Bang Museum (for a cultural and historical visit)
✔ N-shaped pass – Vu Nong Pass
✔ Bai Tinh Thong Nong
✔ Nguyen Binh town (located in the western tourist route "Exploring Phja Oac – Mountains of changes" of the UNESCO Non-Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark)
12h00: Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant at Ban Nga
✔ Nguyen Binh Bamboo Forest, also known as Ban Phung Bamboo Forest (enjoy the fresh air and explore local culture)
✔ Nam Ngua Waterfall
17h00: Check in at the homestay in Bao Lac town.
18h00: Enjoy dinner and have time to explore Bao Lac, visit local markets, and interact with the community.
Day 02: Bao Lac – Me Pja Pass – Pac Bo- Angel Eye Mountain – Ban Gioc Waterfall (B, L, D)
7h30 – 8h00: Have breakfast at the homestay
8h00: Start the journey to visit:
✔ Me Pja Pass- Khau Coc Cha Pass- 14-storey pass
✔ Pac Bo village
✔ Tra Linh border
✔ Angel Eye Mountain (explore the valley and enjoy the unique mountain with a hole through the center)
12h00: Lunch stop at the local restaurant in Quang Uyen.
✔ Phong Nam Valley
✔ Quay Son River (explore the streams and flatlands of the valley).
17h30: Check-in at the homestay near Ban Gioc Waterfall.
19h00: Enjoy dinner and have free time to relax.
Day 03: Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao Cave – Vinh Quy Hills – Cao Bang City- Hanoi (B, L, D)
08h00: Breakfast at the homestay
✔ Nguom Ngao Cave (trek 30 minutes through the cave)
✔ Phat Tich Truc Lam Pagoda (explore many impressive works)
✔ Ban Gioc Waterfall (boat trip up to the foot of the waterfall, photo stop, and explore the area on foot)
12h00: Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant at Vinh Quy.
✔ Vinh Quy Grass Hills- Ba Quang Grass Hills (explore the area, optional to climb to the flag pole up top)
✔ Doc Lap Waterfall
15h30: Arrive in Cao Bang. Enjoy Tea Break Time with a welcome drink, and fruit.
16h00: Say goodbye to the journey in Cao Bang City and get ready to go back to Hanoi
23h00: Arrive in Hanoi. The driver will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

– Self-drive tour requires a valid motorbike driving license
– Standard motorbikes for both self-drive and easy riders are 110cc. Request for larger motorbikes (150cc), incurs an additional charge of $20 per day
